This 20-floor landmark in the Republic of the Congo integrates global corporate standards with local environmental sensitivity. The architecture features flexible, column-free floor plates and an efficient core to support diverse organizational needs. Addressing the tropical climate, the articulated façade employs shading devices and recessed glazing to balance daylight and heat gain. The tower functions as a vertical ecosystem, blending private workspaces with collaborative amenities and an active public ground plane. Ultimately, the project establishes a new benchmark for regional office typology, reflecting the Congo’s economic aspirations through a sustainable, identity-driven corporate landmark.
