Team One Architects designed a boutique corporate workspace for Apicore, creating a wellness-led environment that places people, comfort, and culture at the centre of the workplace experience. The 10,000 sq. ft. office is conceived as a calm, human-centric space that moves beyond conventional corporate environments to support engagement, creativity, and well-being.

The design integrates natural materials, warm wood finishes, and layered lighting to create a refined yet inviting ambience. Biophilic elements are thoughtfully incorporated to strengthen the connection to nature, enhancing comfort and productivity. Informal lounges, collaborative nooks, and relaxed meeting areas provide flexibility for both focused work and spontaneous interaction, reflecting Apicore’s close-knit and people-first culture.

The workspace demonstrates how a thoughtfully designed boutique-scale office can reinforce organizational identity while promoting wellness, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.
