Team One Architects designed Baker Hughes’ 24,000 sq. ft. office at Kensington Building, Powai, reflecting a modern, efficient workplace. Inspired by Scandinavian principles, the design uses clean lines, neutral tones, and natural materials to create a calm, functional environment. Open workstations are centrally placed, with meeting rooms along a collaboration spine for easy access. Breakout zones encourage interaction while maintaining focus. A welcoming reception with wooden slats and greenery adds a biophilic touch. Efficient backend planning supports smooth operations. Layered lighting enhances usability, showcasing a balance of aesthetics, sustainability, and performance aligned with Baker Hughes’ global identity.
