Team One Architects designed the corporate workspace for TMF Group, a global professional services firm specializing in accounting, taxation, HR & payroll, corporate secretarial, and governance solutions. Located on SB Road, Pune, the 16,500 sq. ft. office reflects the organization’s international outlook through a balanced design approach that combines functionality, brand identity, and employee comfort.

The design integrates a contemporary open office environment with collaborative spaces that encourage interaction while maintaining operational efficiency. The reception area establishes a strong first impression through a live green wall and veneer paneling, creating a warm, professional ambience aligned with TMF Group’s global standards. Workspaces incorporate modern layouts with company brand colors, while collaboration zones with high tables and informal seating support flexible working styles.

A Scandinavian-inspired boardroom introduces simplicity and clarity in material expression, complemented by acoustic wall paneling across cabins and meeting rooms to enhance sound performance and privacy. Community-focused elements such as a library space contribute to employee well-being and knowledge sharing. The cafeteria adopts a subtle rustic theme, adding warmth and variety within the overall corporate environment.

Sustainable and performance-driven features include VRV air-conditioning systems, LED lighting, low-flow fixtures, and acoustic materials that enhance comfort and efficiency. A distinctive world map installation created using mirror cut-outs reinforces the organization’s global presence and identity.
