HR Manager

Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and compliance management skills, preferably in a Design & Build, Interior Fit-Outs, or Construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
• Manage manpower planning and ensure the timely hiring of skilled professionals.
• Drive organizational development and succession planning initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficient talent sourcing.
• Develop hiring strategies for key positions in the organization.
• Oversee onboarding programs for seamless integration of new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Build and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement engagement programs.
Performance Management & Training
• Develop and execute performance management systems (KPI & OKRs).
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
• Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.
Compensation & Benefits Management
• Oversee payroll processing, salary structures, and incentive plans.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
• Manage employee benefits, insurance, and wellness initiatives.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Handle HR audits, legal compliance, and company policy updates.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records in the HRMS system.
HR Operations & Reporting
• Maintain HR analytics and provide monthly reports on recruitment, attrition, and employee performance.
• Implement HR automation and streamline processes for efficiency.
• Monitor workforce productivity and retention strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: MBA (HR) / PGDHRM / Equivalent
• Experience: 8–15 years in HR Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Industry Preference: Design & Build, Construction, Interior Fit-Outs, or Real Estate
Software & Tools Knowledge
• HRMS & Payroll Software: SAP HR, Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR
• Recruitment Platforms: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS Systems
• Performance Management Tools: OKRs, KPI Tracking Tools
• Employee Engagement & Survey Tools: Culture Amp, SurveyMonkey
