interior designer Mid-level 

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing both permanent and temporary interior elements, from concept to completion. The role requires strong client interaction, design expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of architectural details and functionality.

Corporate offices experience mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

1.Design Development: Create interior design concepts, including space planning, interior details, and decor elements.

2.Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to assess their needs and preferences, presenting design ideas and revisions for approval.

3.Conceptualization: Develop mood boards, colour palettes, and design strategies to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments.

4.Space Optimization: Enhance functionality through thoughtful layout adjustments and the strategic placement of furniture, artwork, and decor.

5. Timeline Management: Prepare project drawings, manage timelines, and coordinate contractors, vendors, and external partners.

6.Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest design trends, materials, and technologies, applying this knowledge to elevate client projects.

7.GFC  Drawings / BOQ As discussed

Skill:-

– Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD,Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit etc.) and hand-drawing and Layouts

– Mep coordination layouts

– Strong communication and project management skills.

– In-depth knowledge of interior design principles and building codes.

– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
