Key Responsibilities

Job description for Site Supervisor: –

We are looking for Site Supervisor / Project In charge for Turnkey interior Projects with minimum 3-5 yrs. experience in same field. An have knowledge on Interior fit-out projects.

• Having hands on working experience in Turnkey Interior Contracting company
• Can read & analyze drawings & BOQ
• To perform day-to-day site activities independently
• Supervising & instructing construction team as well as sub-contractors
• Sound knowledge of various services & MEP works
• Having measurement & billing knowledge
• Plan & organize resources in advance for the assigned site
• Executing all the site work
• Coordinate with client, Sub-contractors & suppliers etc.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents & injuries
• Maintains material receipt records

Desired Candidate Profile

• Person with prior experience & proven track record of executing Trunkey interior corporate office projects
• Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines, and customer requirements
• Great verbal and written communication skills for e-mail, reports and what’ sup communication
