TOA delivered a 160,000 sq. ft. future-ready workspace for ICICI Securities, envisioned as a dynamic ecosystem supporting trading, research, technology, and corporate functions under one integrated environment.

Drawing cues from the fast-moving world of capital markets, the design balances focus and collaboration from acoustically optimized work zones and data-centric collaboration hubs to informal strategy lounges that encourage rapid exchange of ideas. A central social spine anchors the workspace, featuring biophilic elements, curved planning, and layered ceiling treatments that soften scale while enhancing acoustic comfort.

Materiality and color are used strategically energizing tones paired with warm finishes reflect momentum and stability, while flexible layouts allow teams to scale and reconfigure with evolving business needs. Technology-enabled meeting zones, breakout areas, and seamless circulation ensure the workspace supports both deep analytical work and high-frequency collaboration.

Beyond aesthetics and execution, the project represents TOA’s ability to translate the culture of financial intelligence, trust, and agility into a built environment empowering ICICI Securities’ teams to perform, adapt, and lead in a highly competitive market.
