The design for Isobar Pune’s office centers on a “Phygital” workspace—a blend of organic elements and high-tech corporate identity. It moves away from rigid cubicles toward a fluid, collaborative ecosystem. By integrating lush “green walls,” natural wood textures, and vibrant “Isobar Blue” surfaces, the space mirrors the company’s role as a bridge between human-centric creativity and digital transformation. It is designed to be a “living office” that inspires the “Champions of Change” who inhabit it.

Key Design Pillars

Dynamic Collaboration Zones: Open lounge areas featuring “Experience, Make, Try” light-box installations encourage a hands-on, iterative work culture.

Biophilic Integration: The heavy use of vertical gardens and turf-style flooring brings the outdoors in, promoting employee well-being and a sustainable brand image.

Global Identity: The cork-textured world map serves as a focal point, grounding the Pune office within Isobar’s expansive global network.

Modern Geometric Sophistication: Sleek reception desks and industrial-chic lighting fixtures reflect a precision-driven, professional aesthetic.
