Team One Architects designed the corporate workspace for SEDEMAC Mechatronics Ltd., an engineering-led organization specializing in automation, robotics, and integrated control technologies. Located at Pallod Farms 2, Baner, the 40,000 sq. ft. office reflects the company’s innovation-driven culture through a contemporary environment that balances precision, collaboration, and technological advancement.

The design concept focuses on creating a clean, modern, and high-performance workspace that communicates engineering excellence and future-ready thinking. An open-plan layout encourages cross-team collaboration, while abundant natural light enhances employee well-being and reduces reliance on artificial illumination. Curved circulation pathways introduce a sense of movement and visual dynamism, reinforcing the brand’s forward-looking identity.

Collaboration zones are strategically distributed across floors, designed with writable surfaces, greenery, and flexible seating to promote interaction and knowledge exchange. The corporate floor features a refined boardroom with premium materials, acoustical panels, and integrated technology, offering a sophisticated environment for stakeholder engagement. Meeting rooms incorporate brand colors through subtle detailing, maintaining simplicity while enhancing visual identity.

Sustainable materials such as LVT flooring and IGBC-certified finishes contribute to environmental responsibility, supported by VRV air-conditioning systems, LED lighting, and daylight harvesting strategies. Integrated automation within boardroom lighting and AV systems enhances functionality, while extensive writable surfaces across workstations and meeting rooms encourage creativity and technical problem-solving.
