We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Executive responsible for managing procurement activities for corporate interior and workplace design projects. The role involves sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely availability of project materials while optimizing cost and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of materials, finishes, furniture and equipment for interior fit-out projects.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors and suppliers for project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms with vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.
- Coordinate closely with design and project teams to understand material specifications.
- Track procurement schedules to align with project timelines.
- Monitor material quality and vendor performance.
- Maintain procurement documentation including purchase orders, contracts and vendor records.
- Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand project requirements.

Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, specifications and BOQs.
- Coordinate with design, procurement and project teams for project execution.
- Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality and cost standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Maintain documentation and project reports.
- Participate in client meetings and coordination meetings.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate interiors, workplace design, commercial fit-outs, and turnkey projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), real estate consultants, brokers, architects, and other industry stakeholders.
- Develop a strong network within the Pune micro-market and identify potential clients, upcoming projects, and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events, market research, and existing professional connections.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand project requirements and business needs.
- Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline, client database, and CRM records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, commercial real estate developments, and emerging business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen brand visibility.

What we expect
