Columbia Ship Management

Columbia Group's first Global Capability Centre in India, the 20,000 sq. ft. workplace at Mindspace Business Park, Navi Mumbai, was designed as a strategic operational and digital hub supporting its global activities. Team One Architects delivered end-to-end architectural services, from workplace strategy and design development to turnkey execution, creating a flexible and scalable environment that balances operational efficiency, collaboration and future growth. Guided by the philosophy of Resilient Collaboration, the design integrates acoustically planned focus zones, technology-enabled meeting spaces and modular planning to support seamless collaboration across time zones. Subtle maritime references are expressed through biophilic elements, flowing spatial transitions inspired by wave formations, and a palette of soft neutrals and muted blues, while sensor-based lighting, digital room booking, secure access and robust IT infrastructure enhance the workplace experience.
